More about this *main - object*...when the gifts arrived...

Playing with Dominoes is still a pleasure.

Stamped on Burlap with archival ink

Maybe this is also an idea for you to make some little handmade Easter Gifts?
Have a nice weekend and thanks for reading as always (:o)

Vintage Couture..... an article in the Craftstamper April, where Paula ...*Ephemera's Attic*...shows, how to stamp a Clutch Bag.
Maybe you remember, i won a Blog candy from sweet Paula in December one of these little fabric purses and i wanted to give it a try, too. You can see some Beauty's from Paula

Now..then...the story is a bit longer (:o) I have also a nice ( maybe in my eyes only) Noa Noa Coat and it needs a matching clutch. So, this way two projects come together....

 Here is what i've done

Used this box, i bought in Berlin last year at StempelBar

DecoArt Acrylic Paint Aquamarine and Graphic 45 Olde Curiosity Shoppe

Painted the box..also the inside

Adhered paper

Some embellishment

Coloured the pearls in to fit the colour of paper

Lot's of fuzzy the flying pigs (:o)

One the little one..i used gesso first. Then using the graphic 45 stamps with archival ink black. Coloured in with Distress Inks. Fixed it with hairspray to avoid bleeding the inks. Then used two coats of Matt Medium

Like the matching colours with my Coat (:o)
..and a little sneak on my final Workshop Object in the background*lol* Still a work in progress..

Happy, sunny sunday (:o)

ATC's - Holiday - Vacation - and a bit more

Take a seat and get something to drink...... lots of pictures are following (:o)

Between all my timeworn paintings, i had an ATC trade  with the Forum Stempeliger Wunschpunsch

Theme was Holiday / Vacation. Because she received everything, i can show you what i made. Starting with the ATC's:

This one i made with thoughts to a friend in Italy..just  busy with  moving (:o)

I always like to make something, where i can put my ATC's in.I made some kind of card as an ATC- Holder and used the Graphic 45 Paperline Tropical Travelogue. This paperline fit's perfectly the theme.

The base is corrugated cardboard

Missing something on the envelope....after making this picture

Stamped some butterflies and coloured them in with H2O. Looks better now (:o)
But that's not all. A colleague gave me a little box to work with and i got an idea what to do with it, after i was reading all the creations from the new 30 DT Finalists of  Graphic 45 here. I found my creation on a french blog called *Le scrap de nate*

And here is the box

I think your drink is empty now (:o)
Maybe i could give you a little inspiration with my creations...and you also like to find other people with awesome talent, as i do. Thank you Nate!! (:o)

About talents: Because there aren't much male crafter....feel free to take a look at the ceations of
* The Gentleman Crafter*
Cool blogname but also cool creations (:o)

Happy, sunny weekend, dear crafters.

Tag - Deep Chipped Paint

Source: Andy
More *Timeworn Look*  to share. This technique called deep chipped paint. I tryed to let it look a bit rusty. I started with a black tag. It's all acrylic paint, some kind of resist and embossed with the cuttlebug at the end.

And here is my finished tag

To be honest, the idea to assemble the tag this way...comes from Kaz at The Little Shabby Shed. It is a good reason to have a closer look. Click on her name (:o)
And still not enough: Simon Says Stamp and Show your Handmade Backgrounds, this week
Of course (:o)

Thanks for watching my obsessions and taking time to leave your appreciated comment.
