Waiting for my Valentine

Hello my crafty friends (:o) Simon Monday Challenge is about stamps or techniques we love for this week.
I decided, to fill another page in my fun Octopode Factory - Journal and used the lovely Freya digi stamp to fit the actual valentine theme in blogland

The background started with Mountain Rose alkohol ink on glossy cardstock. I then stamped the ivy border around the page and coloured with a green felt pen. Another floral stamp was used on top of the ivy border. The stamped heart balloons are coloured with a felt pen, too. Love how the colours came out on top of the alcohol ink.
Freya was printed with an inkjetprinter onto glossy cardstock, cut out and coloured with Distress Inks and a pen nip. And just because you need something to hold in your hand when you're waiting, especially for your valentine, i stamped a little bear to cuddle. Could be a bear - bag, too. Quite certain in my case (:o)

Thanks for reading and your appreciated comments
