A Little bit French

Tim Holtz goes *Pret á Porter*

Interesting...isn't it?

Well..what is all about?

Astrid from Astrid's Artistic Efforts is hosting the new challenge at *A Vintage Journey* and she has chosen the theme *A Little bit French*

My idea for this challenge was to send Tim Holtz as a new fashion designer to Paris and Pret á Porter of course....not Haute Couture. What's the difference you're asking? Haute Couture means High fashion. It is usually made to order, that means it is customize to certain client. The exclusive Couture Collections are made upon a special request. While Pret - a - Porter ( Ready to wear) are clothing made in standard sizes. If Tim Holtz goes fashion, we all want to wear it, right? I guess the first step is already done, with his fabric collection (:o)

I've created some kind of mood board for his new collection

The paper in the background is from the french industrial stash and the dress i've created is made  from the lost and found collection.

The first collection for Paris is spring themed

We all know, Tim Holtz has a mass appeal all over the world and he also created a collection for his market entry as a fashion designer in the USA

I'm pretty sure, you all would buy it (:o)

I hope you had fun to explore the fashion world

Thanks for your very much appreciated comments

I had an urgent request from lovely Karen, Creative Team Designer at

and she asked me to share my project for the current challenge 166 *Paris or France*.
Thanks for asking Karen (:o)
You're welcome
