If you get a page that says "Sorry that Page is not here" or something similar, try clicking on the header of the blog, or look for something that says Home. The hop page should be near the top of the day's posts. We will fix broken links as the day goes on, as well, so check back here if you are really lost. The Official Rules are here.

Remember you can also win a master piece from Mr Skinner
Read all the rules to win on my monday post here

Step by step

I've painted the frame with DecoArt Chalky Finish *refreshing* Stamped on tissue paper with StazOn and glued the tissue to the frame with Traditions Faux Finsh Menium

I've painted a heart of plaster with Media Fluid Acrylic *Quinacridone red*

Glued another piece of stamped tissue to the heart with Faux Finish Medium

Applied a wash of Quinacridone red on top and drybrushed with Chalky Finish the raised areas of the heart

A layer of Media Crackle Glaze on top of the heart

Mixed Media Crackle Paste and a teaspoon of Chalky Finish

Applied the mixture to the frame and .....

.....yummy Frantage powders on top.
I used a low blow heat tool from above and started 8" away.... slowly going down

Some paste/paint mixture underneath the heart

....again some Frantage powders

I applied a wash of Quinacridone red around the frame. Used the leftover mixture of paint/paste at the corners ( let airdry otherwise you don't get cracks) and used Crackle Glaze on the stamped areas of the frame

Finished with Metallic Lustre *gold rush* and a computer generated quote
